GNL Club Program Terms

The program

GNL Club ("the Club") is a free loyalty program run by Garlic'n Lemons, 133 Harvard Avenue, Allston, MA 02134. By joining, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

The Club is open to US residents aged 18 or older. One account per person and per mobile number.

How to join

Download the GNL app, text JOIN to 833-630-3275, or sign up at the counter.

Earning points

You earn 1 point for every $2 spent on direct orders placed through our website, our app, or at the counter. Points are calculated on the subtotal after discounts, before tax and tip. Orders placed through third-party apps (such as DoorDash or Uber Eats), Catering orders and gift card purchases do not earn points.

Rewards

20 points: a free lemonade
60 points: a lemonade or your favorite sauce
100 points: an individual hummus or a small side of fries
220 points: $15 off your order

Rewards can be redeemed on direct orders, for pickup or delivery. One reward per order. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or coupons.

Point expiration

Points expire after 12 months without a direct order. Any direct order resets the 12-month period.

Text messaging

By texting JOIN, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from GNL Club at the number used to sign up. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For support, contact hello@garliclemons.com.

Account integrity

We may suspend or cancel accounts and void points in cases of fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the program

We may change or end the Club, its rewards or these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes at least 10 days in advance by text, email or in the app.
