Shawerma

Slow roasted meats, butchered and spice infused in-house. After a 24 hour marination, it is strategically layered on a vertical rotisserie and grilled open-flamed for the ultimate combination of juicy and charred meats. Shaved off the rotisserie with a large knife and served as a roll up or on a plate with rice and sides.

Perfectly butchered and marinated meat, flame-grilled, served on a skewer. We have four varieties: Original Chicken, Spicy Chicken, Beef, or Lamb. 8 – 10 minute wait time.

100% ground beef spiced with cumin, sumac and garlic. Mardig traveled to Lebanon to learn first-hand the spices and techniques involved in making this Armenian staple.


Falafel

Pita

Soft, slightly leavened flat bread served with dips, such as Hummus, Babaganoush and Tabouleh. Also used as a bread for Shawerma roll ups.


Saj

Traditional whole wheat, flat, round bread, made on a domed griddle. Large in size yet thin and somewhat delicate. Used for Shawerma roll ups.


Garlic Sauce

Garlic, egg & vinegar sauce whipped to a creamy and light consistency. Used for shawarma plates or sandwiches. So popular, it’s available in 8oz containers for take-home yumminess!


Spicy Garlic Sauce

aka “Magic Sauce” A variety of secret ingredients, the base being of our Garlic Sauce. Tangy with a hint of heat. It’s magic! Available in 8oz containers for take-home yumminess!


Tahini Sauce

A light and lemony, sesame based sauce. Often topped on sandwiches or individual Falafels.


Halloumi

Cheese made with cow’s milk. This cheese has an unusually high melting point, making it perfect for caramelizing on the grill. Served as a base for a vegetarian sandwich and especially delicious on our GnL Burger!


Turnips

Pickled in white vinegar, sliced beets and kosher salt for 48 hours. Good accompaniment for anything on the menu!


Rice Pilaf

A main-stay Armenian style rice, made with Sipa (aka Vermicelli) pasta. Butter-free. Perfect for your Shawerma or with our Daily Special.


Hummus

Tahini based dip made with chick peas and lemon. Whipped and creamy. Served as a meze.


Babaganoush

Base of eggplant and Tahini Sauce. Intense smokey flavor due to slow roasting the eggplant. Most often served as a dip with Pita. Considered a meze.


Mousaka

Sautéed eggplant, tomatoes, onions and chickpeas. Served as a meze.


Tabouleh

Vegetarian salad made with freshly, finely chopped parsley, bulger wheat, tomatoes and onions. Simply dressed with olive oil, salt and lemon. Traditionally served as a meze.


Fatoush

Bread salad, made from toasted pieces of pita bread, cucumber, onion, tomatoes. Dressed with sumac, garlic, mint, salt, olive oil and lemon.


Grape Leaves

Stuffed with rice, tomato, onions, and spices. Served as a meze.

A small meat pie, with pine nuts, served as a meze.


Kibbeh

Paklava

Classic dessert. Flaky, buttery, nutty and sweet layers of pastry dough. Filled with walnuts, garnished with pistachios.


Osmalia

A refreshing dessert made of ashta cream and finely shredded pastry dough. Served drizzled with rose water and pistachios. Available without pistachio if ordering a tray for catering.
